Before I conclude, I want to make a point for the readers about smoking herbs. While I’m not encouraging smoking marijuana, I must admit that the action of putting a joint to my mouth did not help with my cravings. However, being slightly high did help keep me at peace. So, if you’re going to quit smoking tobacco, it’s important to try different methods that may work for those tough moments. In this case it was the illusion of the smoke but overall did not help made things worse!
